The Opportunity Provides overall governance and support of Hardware/Software maintenance renewals, supporting over $244MM of renewal spend. This role drives the interaction with stakeholders supporting the management of their budget and being an active participant in all tower LBEs. This role provides the governance of all financial activities within Infrastructure Services around Purchase Orders, Invoices and HW/SW maintenance. This role facilitates conversations with Infrastructure Services (IS) Stakeholders, Finance, Tax, AP, and suppliers. This person would be responsible for ensuring metrics and all documentation/processes are up to date. This person would be responsible for managing the overall PO creation process (1555 POs in 2023) and ensuring the corresponding invoices are approved for payment in a timely fashion. Manage invoices for an overall spend of $322MM. What You'll Work On Oversight and governance of a centralized renewal tool such as, Poseidon for all BTS-IS (Infrastructure services) Hardware/Software Maintenance renewal contracts. Onboard divisions outside BTS-IS into renewal tool. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and business owners to identify renewal needs, obtain quotes, create required documentation. Ensure budgetary alignment of all BTS-IS cost centers. Manage metrics and reporting on status of renewals, spend, timing, etc. Point of escalation for stakeholders, suppliers, Accounts Payable teams. Provide governance and oversight to the centralized process for shopping cart/PR intake and Invoice management. Point of escalation for internal stakeholders and suppliers for invoice resolution and shopping cart/PR approvals Participate in monthly LBE meetings; understand and assist stakeholders in overall management of their budget. Partner with BTS-IS Finance team to support LBE accuracy. Act as Infrastructure Services point of contact for Ariba; SAP Ariba Super User/SME. Responsible for Process improvements, documentation, execution and training. Minimum Education & Experience: Required Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 8+ yrs. experience in managing IT projects (preferably Infrastructure) on an enterprise and/or global scale. Strong experience with the governance and support of Hardware/Software maintenance renewal contracts, Governance of shopping carts to PO process and Budgeting/ Forecasting, Preferred Qualifications SAP Ariba and Symphony Experience renewal contracting tool such as, Poseidon. Experience working with 3rd party suppliers. Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to drive results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls, and monitoring processes. Proven negotiation and influencing skills. Strong collaboration and partnering skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to senior leaders. Ability to design and optimize processes. Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of action. Experience with indirect management managing by influence as opposed to positional authority. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment. Ability to work within a diverse, performance-based team environment. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead meetings and communicate course of action.
