Position: Vice President of Capital Markets & Syndications This position reports to the Chief Finance Officer and is focused on developing and executing strategies to optimize the company's financial objectives, risk tolerance, and manage investor and syndication partner relations. The Vice President of Capital Markets & Syndications will also work closely with senior management to support the company's growth objectives and ensure financial stability. Essential Functions: Develop and implement capital markets strategies to support PEAC Solutions' financial objectives. Analyze market trends, interest rates, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions. Lead the syndication of equipment lease and loan portfolios to financial institutions and investors. Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other syndication partners. Identify opportunities for both bulk purchase and flow purchase opportunities. Structure and execute syndication agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance. Work closely with the sales leaders to identify opportunities to fund and flip originations. Work closely with risk to identify areas where the company should de-risk portfolio exposure. Manage relationships with current and potential investors, providing updates and initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to syndication partners and key stakeholders. Organize investor meetings and engagement activities where appropriate. Collaborate with operations and finance to support new partner setup and servicing oversight. This position may require occasional travel to meet with investors, partners, and attend industry conferences. Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in capital markets, syndications, or related roles within the equipment leasing and finance industry. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a working style that is accessible, direct, transparent, collaborative, and driven. Possess the ability to work with all levels of the organization and across business functions. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication ability. Strong understanding of capital markets, syndication processes, and financial instruments. Possess strong financial acumen, excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
