The Senior Analyst will join the Content Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations and support creative leadership team with various tasks. You will lead the day-to-day operations of our contractor and finance processes, including vendor management, contractor process management, technology management, and finance process coordination. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Manage oversight of documentation and prioritization of evolving sets of requirements. Manage Project Management tools, implementation and best practices. Manage External Vendors (as needed), Recruitment, and New Hire process for contractors. Assist with the vetting process for potential partner agencies and freelancers. Schedule team meetings, help draft meeting agendas and recaps. How you will collaborate with others: Support Content Operations Manager in championing a standard approach to drive process consistency across the department. Assist Finance Manager with finance process and operations. Work with Hilton Supply Management, to uphold best practices with external vendors. Cultivate relationships with Hilton Creative team. What projects you will take ownership of: Facilitate AirTable integration and optimization for workflow improvement. Manage onboarding and offboarding process (i.e. coordinate equipment orders, systems access, first-day access for new candidates). Drive documentation of team process and workflows.
