For these reasons, we are pleased to activate a new function within our Engagement & Belonging (E&B) Team: E&B Principal for Partner Success. This role will collaborate closely with our Partner Success function (the team who identifies, manages, supports, and equips our agent partners to provide best-in-class experiences for home buyers and renters). This role will also partner closely with the E&B Principal for Product Success and the E&B Sr. Director on the design and launch of Zillow's Inclusive Design Office. About the role As the E&B Principal - Partner Success, you will work at the cross-section of Zillow Group's Partner Success business, professional development, and DEIB. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess socio-political, cultural, and market changes- in alignment with Zillow's mission and strategic priorities- to identify areas of opportunity and growth for our Partner Success Team with respect to new and expanding customer groups. As strategies and goals are set, you will drive the design, delivery, and maintenance of programs aimed at educating and empowering our team and agent partners towards that strategic growth. Responsibilities Include: Help decision-makers and partners across Zillow Group understand the distinct advantages of designing for and serving customers who have been historically excluded or marginalized from the housing and rental industry Assess, evaluate, identify gaps, coach, and develop metrics in partnership with Finance, Strategic Planning & Operations, Business Teams, and People Analytics to measure Partner Success with the lens of socio-cultural market changes and DEIB strategy In partnership with consumer marketing and branding teams, provide guidance on partner onboarding, training, development, and assessment Champion DEIB through strong relationships with senior leaders and partner success teams Use data, research and statistics in partnership with people analytics to develop business-specific frameworks with the intent to enhance DEIB capabilities across partner success teams to meet strategic priorities tied to the emerging majority customers Conduct recurring reviews of current policies in place for partner success ensuring DEIB strategy is applied Collaborate with internal teams to align third party partner engagement with DEIB goals and strategies to support an education/training model Collect feedback from third-party partners to continuously improve DEIB engagement and support services Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and standard methodologies related to fair housing, discrimination laws, Realtor education, and social-cultural change Identify, analyze, and communicate DEI trends, standard methodologies, and strategic frameworks that will impact and support the business Provide data, research, and insights to develop industry-leading practices, frameworks and third-party partner support solutions for Zillow's Supplier Diversity Program This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $127,100.00 - $203,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
