About The Role The HR Director is responsible for overseeing and executing the human resource strategy, practices, and operations in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the growing FTI Delta practice. This includes: Talent Planning, Performance Management, Staffing, Change Management, Inclusion and Belonging, organizational management, Training and Development, employee engagement, employee relations, and compensation. The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the business leadership team. What You'll Do Serve as a change agent for people priorities of the practice, including leading continued integration and change management efforts Function as a strategic business advisor to the leadership/senior management team regarding key organizational, people and management issues In collaboration with other HR professionals, lead, create and/or execute critical people processes and initiatives for the business. Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives Understand key HR and business metrics (e.g., engagement survey scores, attrition, diversity, recruiting metrics, staff utilization and leverage, etc.) and develop plans to proactively address them, including comprehensive talent planning and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the business Manage the compensation process for large portions of the business, including development of compensation model(s), application/analysis of market data, and recommendation of salaries and variable pay With best practices, design, develop and implement global innovative talent management programs and processes to improve depth, quality and engagement of talent across the organization; including development and management of talent profiles, career paths, competency models, assessment tools, onboarding approach, diversity, organizational change framework, and team effectiveness tools to ensure global consistency and continuous improvement Ensure effective hiring, onboarding and offboarding procedures across the world Lead the Performance Management process, including calibration/talent review, coaching and career development plans to cultivate talent, retain and develop high performance at all levels of the business Team with business leaders and other HR professionals to design and implement learning paths and programs, develop measures to identify and retain top talent, and build programs for those who need further development Manage global staffing and develop strategies to build strong pipelines for future promotional needs Guide allocation of resources to projects and business development activities while taking into account skills, areas of development, expertise needed, and geographical location/mobility, as applicable Collaborate on strategic initiatives, including inclusion in the workplace, our position as an employer of choice, employer branding, recognition awards, and Corporate social responsibility Manage, motivate and develop a team of HR professionals to achieve maximum performance and superior client support Drive a Coaching culture in the organization Manage change; identify opportunities for efficient and effective use of processes for faster delivery, integration, and stronger adoption of change Provide guidance and project planning for HR related deliverables Lead and execute the integration of current and future potential HR based projects from conception to completion How You'll Grow We are committed to the success of our clients and to the growth of our team members. What You Will Need To Succeed Basic Qualifications A BS/BA degree in human resources or related field 15+ years of relevant post-graduate professional HR experience Experience across multiple HR functions including Talent Planning, Performance Management/Career Development, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Strategic Workforce Planning, Compensation, Analytics and HR Operations Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Experience in aligning HR initiatives to strategic goals of the business Experience with varied human resource information systems Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s)asneeded Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas Preferred Qualifications MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field 5+ years of executive HR experience 5+ years of international HR experience Experience in senior stakeholder management in a professional services environment #LI-WG1 Total Rewards Our goal is to support the well-being of you and your families-physically, emotionally, and financially.
