Regional Controller

Job Title: Regional Controller Internal Job ID: Location: San Carlos, CA (3 days Onsite) Salary: $$/ year + bonus Bay Area based $B environmental services provider seeks a Regional Controller to manage the accounting, reporting and budgeting and forecasting functions for 10+ operating companies. This role will manage a team of 15+ and participate in the governmental rate-setting process for each municipality, as well as interact with the General Managers for each location. This is a hybrid role working onsite 3 days a week. Requirements: 8+ years experience in accounting, finance and reporting at a mid to large sized company. Experience in a multi entity environment Full P&L ownership and a mix of full cycle accounting and budgeting experience. Supervisory experience with teams of 10+ and a proven ability to motivate and mentor employees. Prior government municipality experience a plus. Prior public accounting experience with exposure to technical principles and expert knowledge of general accounting practices is a plus. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
