Job Title: Associate Accountant / Junior Accountant Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid) Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + BONUS + Paid OT Fast growing NYC based Insurance firm seeks a Junior Accountant to join their Team! Responsibilities: Manage premium daily bank reconciliations Assist in handling policy changes Assist in the processing of daily transactions Assist with month-end close process Financial Statement Preparation General Ledger maintenance Handle credit card disputes Invoicing Process refund checks and voided checks Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
