Review tax returns for various entities Assist in complex tax planning for businesses and individual clients Supervise, train, and evaluate team members Lead client service teams and ensure client satisfaction Communicate solutions to complex tax issues Ideal Experience 8+ years of tax experience at a CPA firm CPA licensure Proficiency with Prosystems ProFx Tax, Caseware, & CCH Fixed Assets Strong communication skills Exemplary client rapport and project management skills Ability to handle multiple engagements and meet deadlines Willingness to train, evaluate, and mentor staff Collaborative nature to work alongside the management team Education Requirements Bachelor's degree Coursework to include academic courses sufficient for CPA licensure
