Job Overview: We are seeking a Contract FP&A Analyst to provide meaningful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes across the business. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and maintaining financial models. The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with various departments to provide insights that drive key business decisions and support the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for the executive management team, department heads, and external stakeholders. Support routine forecasting and the annual budgeting process, including building relationships with business stakeholders. Enhance data integrity and collaborate with the analytics team to identify new opportunities for business analytics. Drive analysis for business case evaluations and ad hoc financial modeling. Maintain financial models for revenue and expense forecasting, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Communicate insights from financial analysis to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Perform other business analysis as needed to support financial planning and operations. Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis. Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders..
