Director, Information Technology Location: Cherry Hill, NJ, US (hybrid (On-site & remote) Our client provides safe, responsive, technically superior and cost-effective solutions to assist and meet the diversified needs of our clients. Job Summary: Reporting to the CFO, the IT Director will lead the Information Technology department and manage all aspects of IT operations. The person in this role with drive technology initiatives that support business objectives, with a particular focus on strategic planning and collaborative environments. The IT Director will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT systems and processes. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction on technology investments to support business objectives. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans. Manage and oversee IT budgets. Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational performance. Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and efficiency. Build and foster a collaborative and high-performing IT team environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Evaluate, select, and implement software solutions that align with business objectives. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and changes. Perform other related duties as assigned. Duties/Responsibilities: Lead implementation of new ERP for company (Project Manager role) Lead implementation of new Field Services Management Software for company (Project Manager role) Develop IT integration plans for newly acquired companies and assets, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with existing systems. (Project Manager role) Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company assets and data. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Identifying potential risks and devising corrective strategies within IT infrastructures. Develop and enforce policies for the lifecycle management of hardware assets, including acquisition, deployment, upgrade, and disposal. Required Skills/Abilities: Possess vast knowledge of IT Systems and infrastructure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent strategy and planning skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function and thrive in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in information technology related field. At least 7 years' experience in a related field.
