A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT This is a full-time position based at our project site in Jacksonville, NC. You work on-site, leading your team from early morning until the end of the workday, ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively managed. As our Construction Site Superintendent, you'll not only oversee on-site activities but also perform and direct tasks yourself, showcasing your technical expertise. You'll conduct inspections, monitor progress, address issues promptly, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a seamless workflow. You will review blueprints, verify material deliveries, and focus on quality control checks and precise documentation of daily progress. Your hands-on leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards! QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT 6+ years of civil construction experience Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) projects Valid driver's license with Real ID We would prefer someone with proficiency in using Heavy Jobs and Smart Sheets but it's not required!
