Saltwater Cowboys is looking for an experienced and professional Sous Chef. As the Sous Chef you will assist the Executive Chef in all BOH operations. You will serve as the kitchen manager during your shifts and help with administrative duties when not in the kitchen. Some duties may include ordering, costing, creating daily specials, scheduling, and more. We need someone who is a dynamic leader and does not fold under pressure. Saltwater Cowboys is a very high volume restaurant. You must be able to work in a faced-paced environment with a large staff. We prefer you to have at least two years experience in kitchen leadership.
