The Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing financial insight to corporate senior management by analyzing financial trends that could be of impact to the business. This position is part of the financial FP&A team and will be located on-site at our Port Washington, NY office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide financial insight to CFO and other senior leaders by performing variance and trend analyses, including monthly results and forecasts/budgets. Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market Compile global budgets and forecasts and lead the development and maintenance of supporting reporting, templates and guidance Support the monthly close process, including managing centralized OneStream processes Lead global functional business partnering providing financial insight and helping leaders ensure the efficient deployment of costs Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 9+ years OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with with 4+ years experience Progressive experience in either audit and/or in industry in similar roles. An ideal candidate would have a mix of audit and industry experience (manufacturing preferred) Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and complete assignments quickly and accurately Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly learn and leverage technology, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role: 5% overnight travel within the US The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $160,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
