YOUR TEAM. We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Marketing team for an Industry Marketing Manager based out of our Chicago office in a remote capacity. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. CohnReznick is looking for an experienced marketing leader with professional services expertise in the consumer and manufacturing sectors. The Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing Industry Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth of the firm/'s Consumer, Cannabis, Hospitality and Manufacturing industry groups by developing marketing plans and executing marketing programs to achieve growth objectives. YOUR ROLE. With a nuanced understanding of the consumer and manufacturing industries, the Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing Industry Marketing Manager will execute marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to enhance visibility, shape buyer perception, create compelling client experiences, and drive demand. The ideal candidate will not only have professional services experience targeting these industry sectors, but also a proven track record for driving marketing-influenced revenue, and the desire to work in a dynamic and innovative work environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Research and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and help practice leaders craft an appropriate business plan. Build and manage the industry marketing plan and budget. Drive awareness by creating practice messaging that target buyer personas and communicates the practice/'s point-of-view. Create and execute campaigns that maximize lead generation across all channels to strengthen the sales pipeline. Create and execute campaigns that support cross-selling and client retention goals. Leverage practice SMEs and the content and digital marketing team to produce and deliver thought leadership across paid, earned, and owned channels. Coordinate with service marketing, regional marketing, business development, and the proposal team to create compelling sales collateral, develop and maintain a library of proof points, analyze pipeline, support major industry sales pursuits. Contribute to pursuit and proposal efforts by maintaining compelling templates and collaborating on personalized sales st ategies for major pursuits. Utilize analytics best practices and KPIs to measure and report success. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: 5+ years of professional services or relevant marketing or business development experience. 2+ years of experience in marketing focused on the consumer, hospitality and/or manufacturing sectors. Undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, or a related field. A masters/' degree is preferred. Understanding of the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. Solid marketing and campaign planning skills, success in working with content, event, marketing automation, web, and social marketers to deliver campaign ROI. Strategic and critical thinking and a consultative approach to working with industry leaders, client service professionals, and marketing at all levels of the organization. Client/customer-focused mindset with the ability to leverage data insights from the firm/'s marketing technology to drive growth.
