Overview The Tyndale Company, an 8x Top Workplace winner and a proud woman-owned business, is growing our Product Success team with the addition of a new Merchandise Analyst! This Analyst will successfully manage the adoption of new vendor and Tyndale product collections across existing and prospective customers. Additionally, this position will improve program performance across all existing customer accounts ensuring profitability and driving increased customer satisfaction with Tyndale's services. HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1day a week, and 4 days a week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County) or our location in Houston, TX for onsite work as needed. Responsibilities Attend customer meetings virtually, or on-site, for product introduction & customer education on product specifications & standards, generating higher adoption within new and existing programs; Create customized client presentations on products, focusing on stocked options, explaining item features, attributes, and fitment, delivering recommendations of new and program specific products, emphasizing higher quality items; Understand and discuss technical nature of products; Attend safety days, specialized and/or promotional events; Solicit and disseminate customer product feedback for purposes of increasing satisfaction; Execute action-oriented product analysis supporting customer necessity/ satisfaction, future sales, and margin growth; Optimize existing customer programs, showcasing lethargic product and recommend substitutions; Propose and develop best practices around enhanced product offerings increasing sales and profitability; Adept in new products acting as a subject matter expert to deliver trainings to internal and external customers; Collaborate with Sales & Account Management on new product adoption, providing strategic sales deliverables and metrics; Collaborate with Marketing to ensure garment, footwear, and accessory offering is current and cataloged for Sales utilization Provide recommendations to Sales & Account Management around new garment, footwear, and accessory options through collaboration with Supply Chain; Recommend replacements of core products within programs facing impacted inventory and/or discontinuation while highlighting well-stocked products; Additional Accountabilities and Job Activities: Maintain internal database and reporting as necessary; Showcase program product enhancements quarterly; Liaise between Supply, Sales & Marketing on new products; Cross-departmental project coordination within National Accounts teams; Participate in improvement task groups; Develop and provide product specific education through presentations and Marketing content; Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2+ years in related retail environment preferred; Current valid driver's license is required; Strong computer skills - proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat a plus; Ability to work independently; Must be detail-oriented; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to quickly build effective relationships; Ability to learn quickly and to understand/ explain information of a technical nature; Action-orientation; Benefits: Health & Wellness : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive premiums.
