Credit & Cash Analyst Taghleef is seeking a Credit & Cash Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team in Newark, DE or Terre Haute, IN. This position will focus on multiple accounting and finance functions, presenting a great opportunity to work in various functions of the accounting department. Responsibilities: Perform daily cash application functions and initiate cash settlements. Record cash journal entries and close invoices for initiated wire payments. Involve in month-end activities to close per HQ guidelines. Complete account reconciliations and be proactive at identifying major discrepancies. Actively work with internal and external auditors in providing support items. Responsible for collection of open receivables and assist in executing effective strategies and initiatives to achieve continuous receivable delinquency improvement that contributes to a lower DSO. Ensures timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, questions, documentation issues, billing errors, payment application errors, and disputes. Assist manager in preparation of weekly and monthly forecasts. Assist with ad hoc projects. Requirements: Associate's degree in finance, accounting is preferred or equivocal business-related experience. Advanced Excel skills are required. SAP experience is required. Process oriented individual with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a team matrix environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
