Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic National Sales Director who will play a key role in driving growth and advancing strategic objectives. This position is crucial for developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding the sales team to success. The National Sales Director will work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure the company's sales and business development goals are met or exceeded. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall growth and profitability of our client's business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in service, remanufacturing, installation, and other product areas. Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet or exceed corporate goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver sales presentations. Lead and attend sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and trade shows to drive business growth. Travel with the sales team to develop client relationships and follow up on leads. Prepare client documents, such as proposals, service agreements, and scopes of work, ensuring consistency in branding. Manage the sales pipeline, keeping records updated and accurate. Manage customer relations, ensuring that the company's products and services meet client needs. Work closely with Sales Enablement to improve operations planning and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, business developments, and competitors. Effectively hire, manage, and develop a sales team to achieve budget and growth goals. Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing with a successful track record in managing sales teams. Strong understanding of gross margin and pricing strategies. Experience in the retail or distribution sectors is a plus. Skills: Excellent relationship management skills to build both internal and external partnerships. Strategic planning and business development skills. Ability to enhance operations and improve collaboration between business lines. Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English and Spanish required). Certifications: None required, but certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends, competitors, and sales strategies. Knowledge of CRM systems and tools to manage sales pipelines and performance metrics.
