Responsibilities: Manage all functions of accounting for Look East and their clients including company performance evaluation. Analyze budgets, financial reports, and additional data that supports business operations and growth. Ability to anticipate future business scenarios and issues. Oversee company technology including network infrastructure, internet, computer, and phone systems. Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Ensure compliance with required federal, state and local reporting and registration requirements. Handle confidential documents including the processing of company payroll. Manage contracts and agreements affecting company operations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business or a comparable combination of education and experience. 6-8 years of experience managing daily business accounting and fiscal functions. Proven experience developing and managing budgets including forecasting for future business initiatives. Knowledge of HR practices and ability to implement procedures. Build and maintain relationships with company vendors. Proficiency in technology including experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Desktop. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Look East offers a compensation package in the $80 -$90k range and a comprehensive benefit package.
