Overview Job Description: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager SUMMARY: In this role you will manage the high velocity selling of specific commodities within our organization. High performers in this role have a knack for building and maintaining relationships. This will require an individual who already has a wealth of experience in a similar role and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prospect using warm leads to find new customers and continue the steep trajectory of growth the company has experienced over the past 3-5 years Seek additional retail and foodservice opportunities at the national level Seek opportunities regionally in areas where we currently deliver Target new areas to build additional lanes Understand and solicit different customer verticals (i.e. retail, wholesaler, processor, food service, etc.) Here's what you'll need... Prefer 5+ years of experience at a high velocity produce wholesale distributor with a proven ability as one of the highest performers or an "up and comer" Ability to read markets Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Competitive drive!
