Staff Accountant

Charles River CFO, Inc. seeks to add an experienced accountant to our core business. The role would offer 0-20 hours per week in this capacity. CRCFO is expanding, and we need someone with 3+ years of experience in an accounting department. This role will work remotely. Working as an embedded part of our client's accounting office, you will work under the Controller to support the accounting function. We're seeking an experienced accountant to join our team of high-performing professionals and keep each client positioned for continued success. What you'll do: Generall ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable Research and reconcile all discrepancies Auditing and verifying documents Following internal controls Financial analysis on a requested basis What we're looking for: Must have an Accounting degree and at least 3 years of experience Strong communication /interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks and Excel, Netsuite a plus Ability to meet deliverables in a timely manner Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions Ability to maintain good working relationships with client companies Ability to function as a team player Join Us Charles River CFO, Inc. is an FAO firm serving companies in the life sciences, high technology, manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofit industries.
