ECS is seeking a Product Owner, Cyber Data to work in our Fairfax, VA office (hybrid). Job Description: ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet DHS requirements. We are seeking professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment where problem-solving, critical thinking, and a holistic approach to serving the mission are key. Our program operates within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). An aptitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning, improvement, and cyber security is a must! The Cyber Data Product Owner will serve as the liaison between stakeholders and Agile teams, translating business needs into technical actions. This product owner role will focus on the Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) capabilities of the CDM solution, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of cyber asset management features and services. The candidate will develop and prioritize the backlog of features, working closely with Business Owners, System Architects, and fellow Product Owners to maintain business alignment and address dependencies. The CAASM Cyber Product Owner will focus on value delivery and strategic objectives, balancing short-term achievements with longer-term goals, providing key inputs to CDM's emerging needs and product roadmap. They will remain aware of industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature service offering. These responsibilities all result in a secure and performant cybersecurity platform. Required Skills: Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability. At least 4 years' experience managing similar technical products and services. At least 4 years' experience managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment for Federal Government clients. At least 4 years' experience working across agile teams to ensure end-to-end product requirements are incorporated into the engineering lifecycle. This experience must include holding teams accountable for meeting both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, maintainability, usability, security). Two years' experience with cyber asset management, vulnerability management, and configuration management. Experience working as a Product Owner within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including SAFeĀ® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or an industry equivalent.
