As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our new and rapidly growing department. You will be responsible for managing the repossession process, fostering relationships with clients, and implementing innovative tools and processes to streamline operations. Schedule : Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Hybrid Schedule after training: 3 days in office (Mon, Tues, Thurs), 2 days remote (Wed, Fri) Pay : $50,000 - $60,000/year. Based on experience What you will be doing: Manage the end-to-end repossession accounting process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Develop and implement strategies to improve repossession billing efficiency and reduce turnaround times. Utilize and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the repossession workflow. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless repossession experience for clients and partners. Analyze repossession data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. Provide training and support to team members on best practices in repossession management and customer service. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service. Prepare and present reports on repossession performance metrics to senior leadership. All other duties as assigned by management What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. At least two years of experience in account management, operations, or a related field, preferably in the repossession or automotive industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
