Business Hours 9:00am-7:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am-6:00pm on Fridays 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays Sunday's closed; one additional day off during the week Benefits: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Life Insurance 401(K) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation Vehicle Purchase Benefits Employee Recognition Programs Opportunities for Career Advancement Key Responsibilities: Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles Structure sales to maximize profitability Maintain required certifications and proficiency in finance and insurance procedures Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals efficiently Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Prepare and review paperwork, contracts, and finalize deals Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly Conduct post-sale audits of team deals and identify areas for improvement Ensure timely funding of all contracts Qualifications: Strong desire for continuous improvement College degree preferred, or equivalent experience In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures (required) Proven ability to structure profitable deals Familiarity with title laws and registration processes Professional appearance and exceptional verbal/written communication skills Expertise in negotiation and presentation Valid driver's license Hall Imports is a family owned and operated VW and Mazda dealership with a history that stretches over a hundred years.
