Accountant

KBW Staffing and Recruiting is partnering with a local fast-growing organization in Portsmouth, NH to help them hire a Staff Accountant to join their expanding accounting team. This is a full-time Permanent role that will report to the Controller. This Staff Accountant position is open due to growth as our client is experiencing exponential growth through acquisitions and organic growth. More information below, interested applicants please reach out to Garred Kelly at Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant include: Responsibility for the general ledger entries Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts. Assist with internal and external financial reporting. Review and analyze monthly income statement and balance sheet for multiple locations. Maintain fixed assets ledger and associated depreciation schedules. Support accounts payable activities Assist with audits and reviews. Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables, v-lookups) Exposure to a large ERP platform Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience Pay: $70,000-$85,000 DOE + Competitive Benefits *MONKBW* KBW789 #LI-GK1
