SAIC's Business Enablement organization is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contracts/proposals with various Civilian Agencies. The position requires knowledge of the federal government contracts field and will conduct the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of government contracts to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders throughout the capture, proposal, and contract execution phases. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work several projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. The individual shall be a confident, organized and detail-oriented team player with the ability to foster and build collaborative business relationships. This position is 100% remote nationwide. Duties Include: Client facing and have key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts, represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to contract requirements. Works closely with project teams and maintains a high level of visibility on the account, demonstrating the value of the contract management function with project or account teams. Advises project management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional areas, escalating matters to Contract Management lead in a timely and controlled fashion. Drives process efficiency to current tasks and seeks innovative ways to improve performance of the team. Pre-proposal activities: drafting Request for Information (RFI) and whitepaper responses; completing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)/ proprietary information agreements; negotiating teaming agreements (TAs) inclusive of workshare; assist in crafting proposal strategies. Proposal preparation; negotiation and administration of various contract types to include Cost Reimbursable (CR), Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and multiple Task Order contracts development; collection and submission of data for regulatory reporting; and management of OCI Plans.
