In 1990, Salvatore Lupoli opened his first Sal's Pizza shop with his brother Nick, in Salem, New Hampshire. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Business Intern to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on pizza operations and business management. You will work closely with our leadership team and various departments to support our daily operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support marketing efforts by researching and developing content for social media platforms, menus, and promotional materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new menu items and special promotions. Help coordinate events, promotions, and community outreach efforts to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with staff to gather information and insights on operational efficiencies and customer service enhancements. Shadow various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business model. Conduct market research to identify competitor offerings and industry best practices. Assist in administrative tasks such as report generation, inventory management, and record-keeping. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in the hospitality and culinary industry, particularly in pizza and food service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This position is unpaid, for college credit.
