TPD is seeking an entry-level enthusiastic, detail oriented, facilities coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all TPD employees and our visitors and responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all Facilities-related activities of TPD, as well as provide daily support to staff in multiple offices and states. Assist with documenting and maintaining a database of all TPD facility-related assets. Assist with managing Pottstown, PA office buildings, including space planning for suites Assist with managing security and access systems at all TPD offices. Manage and maintain office supplies, facilities supplies and department specific supplies at all TPD offices Establish and maintain regular communications with TPD's staff regarding facilities activities. Assist with facility repairs, installations, small construction remodeling, grounds improvement, and maintenance projects. Maintain a safe work environment with regards to safety policies and equipment. Maintain all aspects needed to keep TPD's vehicles in working condition and assist with purchase of new vehicles. Place and maintain TPD's marketing signage at various job sites when necessary. Maintain customer service by being always responsive. Assist with data collection if/when needed. Able to work weekends and overtime if required. May be required to travel to other offices in and out of state. Performs duties that may be added by superiors and/or through discussions during annual reviews. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of TPD. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance. Possess an understanding of algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
