JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Bilingual Paralegal - Hybrid Office/Telework Status: Full-Time Hours: Contract Position, 5 days per week, from 8:30-5:30 with hybrid office/telework *Must speak fluent Spanish and English* BOUT THE ORGANIZATION: This is a fantastic career opportunity for a bilingual professional to start as a temporary contractor with the possibility of becoming converted to an permanent employee of this world-renowned organization. Assist in managing and updating the Office of the Legal Counsel Agreement registry and database. Responding to requests for information and ensuring accuracy and adherence to the Office standards. Qualifications: Must have great attention to detail and be highly organized. bility to write/originate routine and non-routine correspondence and reports in English and Spanish High school diploma with formal training in the paralegal field (a paralegal certification would be an asset). Strong command of English or Spanish, with a working knowledge of the other language. A minimum of six years of experience in paralegal work, or: Four years of paralegal work experience and one year (or credit equivalent) of college or university courses in the paralegal field, or: Two years of paralegal work experience and two years (or credit equivalent) of college or university courses in the paralegal field. Demonstrated ability to effectively use current technology and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Word.
