About the Role We are seeking an Employee Relations HR Manager to play a key role in shaping a positive and supportive workplace at Campus. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to address employee issues, provide strategic guidance, and drive initiatives that enhance overall employee experience. You will lead efforts in improving processes, managing employee relations, and developing solutions that support organizational growth and success. Resolve Complex Issues & Provide Counsel: Partner with employees and managers to address non-routine work issues, offering solutions to improve performance, mitigate risks, and maintain a productive environment. Drive Change & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, employee education, and innovative strategies to enhance satisfaction and organizational success. Manage Performance & Conflict: Develop and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. Escalate & Investigate: Manage escalations and lead thorough investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and performance issues, ensuring fair resolutions. Implement Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with leadership to analyze trends, implement proactive people strategies, and minimize reactive work. Monitor Satisfaction & Feedback: Regularly assess employee engagement and feedback to drive continuous improvement and employee growth. Manage Transitions & Policy Development: Oversee terminations and resignations while refining HR policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Required: BS/BA degree At least 6+ years relevant human resources experience, ideally focused on employee relations or HRBP/People Partner experiences Understand employment law basics and performance management best practices Excellent interpersonal skills, including high EQ, ability to build trust and influence Experience diffusing tension and effectively mediating conflict Nice to have: Previous Tech/Startup experience What you'll get: A compensation package that includes a base salary ($100,000-$150,000) + equity grant Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
