Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status for the development of the total plan of care. Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling. Here's what we're looking for: Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Oregon 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
