POSITION SUMMARY As a Global Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining go-to market strategy, messaging, and tactics to promote products and services that help reduce medical supplies spend and improve patient safety to acute and non-acute providers, government, medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, insurers, payors, and financial institutions. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute the marketing plan to aid our sales and business development teams identify, nurture, and close customers faster, as well as support upsell and cross-sell related offerings. Reporting to the Associate Director, Downstream Marketing, this high visibility position will work closely with business stakeholders, product management, event marketing, sales, and our client engagement center to increase awareness, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth. Essential Functions Statements(s) Develop value propositions, key messaging, and product positioning statements that address our customers needs and differentiate ECRI solutions. Create annual marketing plans and quarterly go-to market plans that include content calendar and awareness campaigns with customer collateral, communications, social media, webinars, podcasts, website messaging, blogs, videos, etc. Identify and execute an engagement strategy for tradeshows, industry events, trade associations, and speaking opportunities for our subject matter experts. Generate sales enablement tools, presentations, talk tracks, and messaging to support our sales team nurture and grow their pipelines. Monitor and gather market intelligence around healthcare mergers and acquisitions, industry news, competitors products, services, and marketing activities to support competitive messaging and sales enablement tools. Plan and develop deep dive and short form content to be used in awareness campaigns, social media, website messaging, blogs, and tradeshows. Measure, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs to internal stakeholders that include effectiveness and lead conversion. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement email workflows, digital campaigns, website content, and campaign performance tracking. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of healthcare B2B marketing experience required. 5 years of healthcare B2B marketing experience preferred. Experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturer experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally to communicate effectively and with confidence Keen attention to detail and desire to understand new products and evolving markets Demonstrated experience in creating compelling content and executing marketing plans Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite Self-motivated, with analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and also across multidisciplinary work force Education: Bachelors degree in business or marketing required, with a technical background degree preferred. Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. Computer Skills: Proficient in: Microsoft Office 365 Suite of Products HubSpot LinkedIn Campaign Manager Certifications & Licenses: N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position, whether sitting or standing, before a desk or other fixed workspace, most of their workday. In addition, this position requires the individual to occasionally move about their workspace to access and inspect work-related materials, such as file cabinets with physical files and standard office equipment. This position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, a laptop, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and phone, as well as effectively communicate information and ideas to a wide variety of audiences in written and oral form.
