Software Engineer L4

What You Will Be Doing : Supporting software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems). Interacting with customers and development team to gather and define requirements. Analyzing and studying customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs. Designing, creating, testing, and maintaining software and web-based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements. Coordinating creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrating them into a coherent site design. Developing and maintaining software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades. Providing software process management and configuration management throughout the software / web development lifecycle. Required Skills: Must Have : MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances. Full stack development and integration experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL, plus application configuration/interface using web services. HS/GED and 8 years' experience; or AA/AS and 6 years' experience; or BA/BS and 4 years' experience; or MA/MS and 2 years' experience; or PhD and 1 year experience. DoD 8570 Level II compliant certification (e.g. Security+, CSSP, etc.). Desired Skills: Nice to Have : Strong technical writing skills. Experience with C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Experience in Node.js/Angular development. Experience, knowledge, and understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture. Experience, knowledge, and understanding of the software life cycle (specification, design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, operation, sustainment).
