The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefit Administrative Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Assist in providing frontline support for the Employee Navigator platform, addressing client and internal user inquiries. Follow established service protocols to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary. Monitor service tickets and ensure timely responses and resolution of client issues. Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues. Maintain accurate records of service interactions and outcomes. Support the development and delivery of training programs for clients and internal teams. Assist in creating and updating training materials, such as user guides, video tutorials, and presentation decks. Help conduct training sessions, both in-person and online, under the guidance of senior training staff. Gather feedback from training participants to help improve the content and delivery of training programs. Stay updated on new features and updates to the Employee Navigator platform to ensure training materials are current. Build positive relationships with clients by providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on their experience with the Employee Navigator platform. Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through initial training sessions and answering their questions. Continuously expand knowledge of the Employee Navigator platform and related benefit administration processes. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in service delivery and training facilitation. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefit administration and employee training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines Know employee navigator Ability to refine policies, procedures, and service levels Have customer service capabilities Strong demonstration of personal initiative and self-direction Benefits: Company Paid Life Insurance, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.
