Role Summary The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will deliver the automated processes within a cross-functional, collaborative team and follow an Agile delivery methodology *Option to work remotely Core Duties/Responsibilities Serve as a practitioner in Robotic Process Automation tools (BluePrism), to translate business needs into RPA solutions and automations Conceptualize/design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions (Robotic Operating Model) and prescribed RPA architecture Configure new RPA processes and use core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand Prepare required solution, process and procedural specification documents, test plans, end-user training material, configuration documents and production solution support documentation Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process Problem-solve issues (configuration, integration and security) that arise in day-to-day running of RPS processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required Create, document, and execute test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases, and support the operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases Skills, Capabilities and Attributes The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviors: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus two (2) years' experience in the position offered as a Software Developer or in a related position Must have two (2) years' experience in the Financial Services or Fintech domain with all of the following: Process-mapping and process re-design; building Blue Prism Robots and handling them end-to-end, including business and stakeholder requirements meeting SLAs to deliver the automations on time; building Multi-BOT Architecture; using and maintaining on-cloud BOTs including auto logons, reboots, and whitelisting URLs, meeting network and database requirements to run the BOTs in production; "Surface Automation" to automate legacy applications with old frameworks and technologies and debug issues within that method; using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to read PDF data documents; serving as Blue Prism Admin, Analyst, Tester, Controller and Developer.
