Associate Dentist needed in Frederick, MD!! Terrace Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and friendly Associate Dentist to join our busy practice in Frederick, MD, part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care and has a willingness to learn. The ideal Associate Dentist candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their kills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance. Associate Dentists should have a minimum of 4 years of clinical working experience. FT opportunity possible. About Our Practice In business since 1962 70% PPO and 30% FFS 3 Drs., 2-3 hygienists per day, 10 total chairs Overjet, Itero, Wave One Active patients: 2,700 Schedule Wednesdays and Fridays (Full Time Potential) Compensation $90-$110/DAILY CE allowance Malpractice insurance Benefits for full-time providers: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) eligible, as well as other voluntary benefits* *Benefits are subject to change and eligibility Associate Dentist Qualifications and Skills At least 3-5 years of clinical experience Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, endodontics and/or oral surgery experience preferred, but not required Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients GPR or AEGD preferred Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve Terrace Dental Group is affiliated with 35+ other exceptional practices providing care to >100k patients annually.
