Enterprise Architect - Contract

Enterprise Architect - Hybrid - 6 months contract We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and implement an platform for contact centres using AWS Full Stack technologies . This role focuses on integrating AI/ML , enhancing customer-agent interactions, and optimizing business communications across voice, chat, email, and social channels. Key Responsibilities: Architect a scalable Agent Assist platform using AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB). Integrate AI/ML models for real-time agent support, NLP , and call routing. Lead full stack development (Node.js, Angular, Python) to enhance agent workflows and communication channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business needs. Ensure platform scalability, performance , and compliance with security standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS). Qualifications: 10+ years in enterprise architecture with cloud-based solutions. 5+ years in AWS Full Stack and AI/ML integration for contact centres. Expertise in full stack development and microservices. Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance standards.
