As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world. **Job Summary** We are on the lookout for a seasoned Director of SSP Demand Integrations with a background in programmatic advertising technology and CTV/Streaming. This role is instrumental in optimizing demand into FreeWheel's programmatic module, enhancing products, API functionality, and integrations in collaboration with our partners to maximize yield monetization for our sell-side partners. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a track record of driving revenue growth through innovative programmatic solutions with partners (SSPs, DSPs, etc). **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Act as the organization's revenue lead forSSP/Ad serverAPIintegrations, advising on strategic initiatives and innovative solutions to enhance yield monetization. + Applies deep knowledge of theprogrammatic landscape and leading connected TV ad serving platformsto partner optimizations and product development. + Identify and communicate Freewheel products unique value proposition and revenue opportunity to sell-side and ad serving partners. + Developstrategies, scorecards, matrixes, and documentation to help optimize demand to be leveraged for fine-tuning FreeWheel'sprogrammatic efficiency to attract optimal buyer engagement and maximize monetization. + Engage in conversations with sell-side partners, securing product commitments that align with FreeWheel's monetization strategies. + Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, aligningSSP programmatic strategies with broader business objectives and operational excellence. + Participate in Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews with sell-side partners. + Leverage extensive experience in supply/demand path optimization and advanced API development to drive efficiencies and superior ad performance. + Identifies growth areas to and key upsell opportunities for additional company technologies and services, in alignment with clients business goals and priorities. + Liaisons with other internal teams to champion customer needs and advocate for solutions needed to grow revenue. + Works cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies and drive initiatives.? + Represents company at industry events, cultivating business relationships and trust within the programmatic ecosystem. + Understands the premium video advertising business, the TV and cable industry, and the challenges facing a typical enterprise media company. + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of business significance and IP of FreeWheel. **Employees at all levels are expected to:** + Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job. + Own the customer experience think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services. + Know your stuff be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences. + Win as a team make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas. + Be an active part of the Net Promoter System a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers. + Drive results and growth. + Respect and promote inclusion & diversity. + Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities. **Disclaimer:** This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role. Targeted Commission: $79,286 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
