Psychiatric Registered Nurse - Brockton, MA Shift: Days Program Type : PACT (Adult, Community Outreach) Job Summary & Responsibilities: Medication management including administration of oral and intra-muscular medications, monitoring side effects, contraindications, and drug reactions Meet clients in our Brockton office, in their homes, and in community settings to administer medication Liaise with supplying pharmacies and provide oversight for medication storage and deliveries, communicate prescription changes, and prepare medications for clients to manage Educate clients on self-managing medications and overall health and wellness according to clients' needs. Monitor medication usage and make changes accordingly Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment planning and client progress. Collaborate with team to problem solve and determine best way to deliver comprehensive services Education, Licensure, and Experience: Graduate of an accredited and/or approved registered nurse program Current, unencumbered license as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Minimum 1 year experience working as a registered nurse Current certification in CPR Valid driver's license and reliable transportation For more information please reach out to Kuldeep Singh: at or by Email: at .
