Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Therapeutic Classroom (SEBS) Clinician at Behavioral Health Network! A SEBS Clinician provides clinically sound and culturally sensitive consultation to students and teachers in classrooms that are in various schools throughout the Springfield Public School District, grades K-12. SEBS Clinicians implement crisis interventions and de-escalation techniques that support students to most effectively access their academic curriculum. SEBS Clinicians provide individual, group and family services as clinically appropriate and they work closely with community resources and help SEBS students and their families access those resources. Who are we? The SEBS (Social-Emotional/Behavioral Support) Program is a multidisciplinary team working within a social-emotional behavioral supportive classroom across the Springfield Public School system. What are we looking for in SEBS Clinician? Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply! Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy ( required prior to start date ). Independent Licensure OR License-Eligible and working toward Independent Licensure ( required ). Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques ( required ).
