About The Function Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Senior Business Valuation Analyst to our outstanding team. At Kreischer Miller, you will have the opportunity to work with business owners in a variety of industries and learn from leaders in our firm. The Senior Business Valuation Analyst will serve as a key member of our Transaction Advisory & Business Valuation team while performing a wide variety of services including business valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, transactions, strategic planning and other purposes. Perform valuations of privately held businesses. Valuations are prepared for a variety of purposes, including: Ownership transitions Exit planning Tax reporting Stock-based compensation Purchase price allocation Prepare valuation analysis which include discounted cash flows, capitalization of earnings, comparable companies, merger and acquisition transactions and the adjusted net asset methods. Prepare written valuation reports or summary presentations for clients Interact directly with clients, key management and their owns in providing feedback on the valuation drivers impacting their business. Work directly with external auditors on specific valuation related questions Work closely with the practice leader in key business development initiatives This position also offers the ability to work on Transaction Advisory Services such as Quality of Earnings engagements. Requirements: BS degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or other related discipline 2-7 years of recent valuation experience Professional designation preferred, but not required (CPA, CVA, ABV, CEIV) Strong commitment to excellence, client service and professional growth The ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions The ability to manage multiple projects and clients Ability to develop/train staff and build teams Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills and willingness to learn Be a team player and motivated to work in a fast paced environment A strong ability to understand the "big picture" quickly, identify key issues, and prioritize analysis / output among many competing tasks NOTE: IF SEEING THIS POST ON A 3RD PARTY PLATFORM, PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED Other Important Considerations Working Conditions: Kreischer Miller offers core hours in a flexible hybrid work environment .
