Company:Endeavor Global, Inc.Position Title:Portfolio ManagerLocation:28 Liberty Street, 53rd Floor, New York, NY 10005 Job description: Conduct portfolio and financial analysis activities, while also providing insights to support the strategic direction of the team. Support reporting operations and completion of quarterly and annual reports. Analyze the performance of all portfolio by monitoring company's valuation, revenue, expansion. Lead exit process. Work with internal (primarily legal and finance) and external partners to execute responsibilities related to portfolio transactions (ex. IPOs, exits). Prepare portfolio updates to management and other internal and external stakeholders. Analyze data from the portfolio, market, and industry to create thoughtful leadership information to the team, as well as help formulate investment strategy. Coordinate with other teams to complete portfolio management objectives. Build and maintain relationship with players from the venture capital ecosystem. Monitor activity and performance of the portfolio companies based on capital raised, valuations, revenue, leadership insights, and ensure alignment between teams to provide proactive assistance to the companies. Assist on cash flow projection modeling. Build models and dashboards to visualize performance and trends between the portfolio while bringing transparency to broader stakeholders.Job requirements: Three (3) years of undergraduate coursework in Finance, Economics, Management Science, or a related field, PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: Project Management; Data Modeling Analysis; Google G Suite; MS Office, and; Financial Analysis and Modeling; Economy and Managerial Accounting; Banking and Financial Markets; Digital IT Culture and Business Systems (office tools for management); Corporate Finance; Investment Analysis, and; Business Decision Models.
