PathWays has served individuals in Sullivan and Lower Grafton counties for over 50 years. One of our programs, Participant Directed and Managed Services (PDMS for short!) is unique in its design as the family and PathWays both serve in supervisory capacities. The family oversees the day-to-day activities, schedule, etc. while PathWays completes the hiring process, processes payroll, reviews all policies, etc. Mentors are hired and generally work with one individual and one family which provides the opportunity to get to know and understand the individual being supported.
