Within the unit there is also a neuro intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level neuro patients can be cared for. Additionally, Tower 4 has a unique collaboration with NSU, the neuro ICU. Management as well as staff from both areas meet frequently to discuss issues, work on process improvement and patient satisfaction Neurology (Lerner Tower 4) Essential Functions Implements the nursing process by delivering effective relationship based nursing care. Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes. Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations. Develops self and contributes to the professional practice of nursing. Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes. Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
