Title : Technical Program Director - Infrastructure / Cybersecurity Location : Philadelphia, PA (Remote) Type : Temp-to-perm or permanent Description Our healthcare client is seeking a Director of Program Management who will manage a portfolio of projects and a group of 3-5 Project Managers (each managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects). Must be a seasoned information technology security leader who has experience in the execution and leadership of large-scale infrastructure, information security, and cybersecurity projects and programs. Key Accountabilities: Manage a portfolio of technical projects and programs Lead several large, enterprise-wide Information Security and Infrastructure project managers Manage several Infrastructure and / or cyber projects hands-on in addition to managing the portfolio and team Work with InfoSec department directly with matrix report to the EPMO Bring best practices to create a structured approach to aligning IT with business objectives while effectively managing risk and meeting compliance requirements Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of and expertise in security technologies, tools, and techniques Communicate with organizational leadership to increase security awareness Develop and lead strategic service delivery roadmaps Drive and provide oversight of multiple Information Security projects and programs with executive-level visibility Required Skills: Bachelor's degree coupled with 10+ years of proven IT Program/Project Management leadership experience Experience designing, developing, delivering, and managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information security solutions and teams with five or more team members in a production environment PMP certification Expertise at establishing complex technical project plans, driving projects from start to finish, creating realistic schedules, setting customer expectations, proactively identifying, and managing risks, and adjusting to changing priorities Ability to manage people who are running simultaneous projects of a highly complex nature Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, at all levels, with maturity and credibility Able to drive collaboration harmoniously with diverse teams Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills Healthcare experience required. Hospital experience is preferred. Work is 100% remote but ability to occasionally travel to Philadelphia / Camden, NJ, area is required
