Job Description Client Finance Senior Manager DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: •Perform administrative duties involving data entry and effectively managing adhoc requests for assigned accounts. •Collaborate with shared service center (billing department) to ensure that all fee and production billing is sent to clients on schedule. Check in regularly with Client Finance - Managers and Client Finance Analysts to ensure billing is running smoothly. Raise any issues and/or concerns to Associate Directors/Directors so it can be flagged to Omaha leadership monthly. •Create staff plans templates ensuring appropriate rate card is being used (i.e. client specific or new business) and price projects. •May be involved in department utilization and/or client profitability partnering with Finance Supervisor/Director. Assist in office staffing management by pulling utilization reports and/or meeting with designated department regularly, partnering with Director. Financial Reporting •Responsible for Client Finance - Manager(s) and Client Finance Analyst(s) to be preparing and presenting accurate trackers on a weekly basis to Account and Integrated Production. Ensure that Account teams are familiar with report formats and able to speak to the information presented. Will provide guidance and suggestions on solutions to issues as they arise. •Heavily involved in the review and/or preparation of revenue entries and overall system inputs. Preparing month-end revenue calculation and journal entries, working with controllers as needed. Work with Client Finance - Managers to ensure Client Service Agreement tool is updated with all contracts and signed agreements for proper revenue recognition. Partner with Business Manager to ensure uploaded correctly. •Responsible to present a flash number and/or review the mid-month flash report for designated clients to ensure accuracy in estimation aligns to pace of work and trend we are seeing by client/product. •Participates and inquires about the variances uncovered when revenue meeting with Account team occurs. Another layer of support for Client Finance - Manager when gathering commentary •Raises awareness and flags any potential write offs and/or delay in signature for Contracts/Agreements tracking to minimize unbilled WIP/unrecognized revenue that we see monthly during month-end close. •Manage client PO's, AR, WIP, Match Pay and client budgets. •Assist Client Finance - Manager with designing and implements reports to complete specific reporting needs and ensure these are updated on regular basis according to agreed cadence. •Analyze monthly financial results and gather commentary from Account teams to be able to relay any call outs/changes that senior management may need to know for forecasting/company health. Explain any variances in revenue results vs forecast and work with Account Management teams to provide more accurate figures moving forward. •Monitor all costs - Agency Fee, Out of Pocket, Shared Revenue, Billable and Non-billable jobs. Spearheading bi-weekly tracker meetings with Account and IP teams and coordinating with various teams within the US and internationally on shared clients to ensure appropriate and timely tracking. •Gains exposure to revenue forecasting process and partners with Associate Director and above to ensure Account/IP have resources to make financially sound decisions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •4-8 years of experience •Accounting and/or Finance Degree Preferred •Microsoft Excel: o Proficient in advanced functions and formulas to perform VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Index Match, Indirect Address, creating charts, graphs and overall data capture •SAP: o Knowledge of SAP and/or business systems preferred •Microsoft PowerPoint: o Possess basic knowledge of PowerPoint •Ability to set goals and evaluate team members •Meets multiple daily deadlines •Prioritizes and organizes team activities •Handles distractions well •Great focus and attention to detail •Drive results for the team Salary The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
