The Theranostics Physician (Physician) will evaluate and treat all BAMF Health I, PC oncology patients according to the highest level of care. This will involve managing patients, ordering radiopharmaceutical therapy, and reviewing post therapy SPECT/CT scans. The Physician will also serve as Authorized User for BAMF Health I, PC and BAMF Health, Inc., an independent diagnostic testing facility that performs PET/CT and PET/MR imaging. The Physician will also serve as Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI, or sub-investigator for clinical trials. Clinical care and clinical trials will comprise 95% of the duties, with 5% being related to speaking engagements or business development activities related to building relationships with referring providers. Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Evaluation and management of oncology patients Prescription and supervision of Radiopharmaceutical Therapy (RPT) Interpretation of SPECT/CT dosimetry scans Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI, or sub-investigator for clinical trials Authorized user for BAMF Health I, PC and BAMF Health, Inc., as well as future facilities, as needed by BAMF Health Management, LLC Participation in local tumor boards Speaking engagements at medical conferences, physician offices, and/or other venues Basic Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification in Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic Radiology (with Authorized User status for unsealed sources) required Actively Licensed MD or DO in the State of Michigan (without encumbrances) required Certified by American Board of Radiology or American Board of Nuclear Medicine required Authorized User status by Nuclear Regulatory Commission required Preferred Qualifications: Experienced in delivery of RPT preferred Relevant patient care experience preferred Schedule Details: Employment Status: Full time (1.0 FTE) Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40 Hours of work: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Days worked: Monday - Friday At BAMF Health, our top priority is patient care.
