Role:- Engagement Director Source to Pay - STP Location- ny US Location (must be willing to travel 100% to client site) Duration- Fulltime/Permanent Job Description CLIENT is looking to hire an SAP STP Engagement Director for the Global Consulting Practice. The role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements at CLIENT clients. They will be required to coordinate the work of CLIENT and client team members for one or more projects and will be accountable for the successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. The role will be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in Source to Pay processes. *Responsibilities: • Candidate will be responsible for assisting on defining, designing, governing, and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance STP business processes. • Lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes • Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication. • Ready to travel out of the country for possible onshore responsibilities, such as providing technology consulting expertise, and driving workshops and training sessions • Ability to demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FICO, SD, PP, QM, PM) • Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management to enhance the clients' business functionality and performance. • Provide contribution in project planning and execution according to objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards • Gather and organize business/user requirements and feasibility analysis • Perform application design for systems architecture and integration • Adopt best practices and architect innovative solutions to keep up in pace with the ever-growing needs of the business • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and provide production support to business with primary focus oriented towards ensuring business continuity, enabling efficient solutions, providing utmost customer satisfaction, and meeting SLAs • Develop implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution. • Ensure project success criteria are met • Participate in on-call rotation supporting production systems and user trouble reports; direct others in production support activities • Builds strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to best meet company goals and objectives *Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications) : (Rationalizes basic requirements for candidates to apply. Helps w/rationalization when detailed. • Experience leading large global, consulting led STP business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives • Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution, and translate business requirements into technical requirements • Expert knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay business processes including expert level knowledge in SAP Material Management - Purchase Order Management and related data, Receiving, Payment Processing and Vendor Management • Leads and manages SAP STP functionality as it is related to business processes. • Deep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business • Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4HANA based STP structures. • Expert level knowledge in SAP MM modules and understanding of integration with other S/4HANA modules. • Experience with Ariba product suite, Ariba integration with core S/4HANA ERP system • Understanding of integration with other business processes • At least five(5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations • A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience • At least six (6) years' experience in proposal and business case development • Proven sales experience • Has been a key contributor in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects and in developing solutions from conception through realization • Strong experience in building business relationships, and partnering with business counterparts to maximize productivity • The ability to be hands-on and mentor junior team members. • Able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and manage teams and client • Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging procurement topics with users, senior management, and C-level leaders • Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership • Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, and staffing • Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally • Experience managing 20+ resources • Willingness to travel up to 100% • Bachelors degree or equivalent required Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
