From your PASSION to ours As a part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) function, the Knowledge Transfer and Training Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining training programs that support and align with the company's transformation goals and objectives. Aligned with the Lactalis Group's implementation of the /"Lactalis Integrated Systems/" (LIS) program, a training program, based on a core model of SAP S/4HANA and a suite of integrated applications, has been put in place. This role will be responsible for continual development of this content and management of the knowledge transfer and training programs in support of the transition to LIS processes across the Lactalis USA businesses. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: Identify training needs: Work within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) team and with other departments and their Business Process Owners (BPOs) to continually assess and address the organization's needs. Design and implement training content: Create or update custom training programs for eLearning and instructor-led delivery that align with the company's goals. Manage knowledge transfer: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support progress on knowledge transfer activities. Coordinate delivery of training programs: Lead or provide access to training programs and teach training methods and skills (train-the-trainer) to instructors and supervisors. Evaluate programs: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and instructors to provide recommendations for improvement. Partner with the USA Organizational Development learning team to ensure alignment on existing programs, systems, and practices. Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: Bachelor's degree required Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Continuing Education, Human Resource Development and/or relevant certification in instructional design, training management, or talent development is preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, responsibility for technical or systems training a plus Knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices Practical understanding of instructional design Knowledge and experience with all types of learning delivery methods Have the capability to successfully train, coach and transition end users to adopt and adapt new ways of performing their daily activities Skill in one or more course content authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, etc.); prior experience with SAP Enable Now a plus Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Project management skills: ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, presentations, progress reports, and meeting notes for stakeholders and senior management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
