You will report to the Global Brand Engagement Manager, working in the Global Marketing team and supporting collaboration cross functionally with internal Brand Creative teams and the wider business. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a member of the Global Marketing team, you will bring brand marketing experience with a passion for sport. You are creative, strategic, and deeply connected to youth culture. Key traits include collaboration, adaptability, and innovative thinking. Essential skills are storytelling, digital and retail marketing, an understanding of relevant social media platforms, and consumer insight-driven decision-making. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this role, you will support the development of key seasonal deliverables, including the seasonal sell-in toolkits and seasonal briefs. You will also support the development of marketing plans against key global Sports and Entertainment launches, on an as needed basis. Key responsibilities: Sell-In Toolkit: Coordinate marketing deliverables for the seasonal sell-in toolkit, including brand foundation, seasonal strategy, product details, functional plans, and creative direction Global Marketing Brief: Support development of the Global marketing brief including seasonal strategy, consumer insights, seasonal approach, creative direction, and critical marketing levers Geo Marketing Plans: Support coordination across Geo marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment of the Global marketing brief as Geos develop localized plans Sports & Entertainment Plans: Support marketing plans against S&E on an as needed basis, in partnership with S&E team Hind sighting: Support work, in partnership with Geos and functions, to understand results and learnings against key initiatives Team: Support the Global Marketing team, learn cross-functional best practice working processes, support Global and Geo meetings, driving efficient and effective ways of communication FY25 key areas of focus: Sell-In Toolkit: Support the marketing elements of the sell-in toolkit, in partnership with cross-functional partners and Geos Seasonal Brief: Support the development of the Global brief to Geos for Fall and Holiday Geo Partnership: Support coordination across Geos to ensure adherence to the Global brief and sharing across markets Sports & Entertainment: Serve as a supporting key member of the cross-functional basketball core team
