Reporting to the General Manager, your priorities include building influential relationships with Directors of Sales and Distribution (DSD) at Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC). Main responsibilities include communicating priorities, managing important Red Bull North America (RBNA) initiatives, developing systems to increase goal execution, and monitoring progress against business plans. You will work together with the RBDC DSD to improve performance and ensure in-market execution exceeds objectives while building understanding between RBDC Leadership and the Senior Director of Distribution (SDOD). RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT Lead communication of our annual sales strategies and quarterly/monthly initiatives to Distributor Partner's (DP) leadership Communicate our initiatives to Distributor Partner Manager's (DPM) team Implement systems to track and benchmark DPs against main initiatives/goals Complete market visits to evaluate in-store conditions Establish a clear set of goals for Distributor Partner Manager's (DPM) and Distributor Partner's (DP) RBDC MANAGEMENT Align with RBDC Directors of Sales & Distribution (DSD) to agree on annual sales strategies and quarterly/monthly initiatives Communicate RBNA initiatives to the RBDC DSD Participate in Monthly Planning & Review (MPR) meetings with DSD to agree on performance gap closure, monthly priorities, and complete in market visits with DSDs and GSMs Ensure RBNA resources (POS, Trade Funds, Incentives) are allocated to RBDC BUSINESS PLANNING Establish annual Region Business Plan to with DPs & DPMs to achieve RBNA & DP success inclusive of all goals and investments Ensure our investment in trade funds and point of sale are deployed across the Region to achieve the annual business plan Work with DPMs to influence 3rd Party DP's areas of focus, organization requirements, numeric distribution, volume and share plan, investments, and execution goals Secure agreement on the annual Business Plan with 3rd Party DP's principals and owners Communicate Business Plan progress updates with DP ownership and principals and course corrects BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE Maintain a working knowledge of all Red Bull systems IRI, CPM, POS, Workbench, etc.) Maintain knowledge of Key Account systems Use Business Intelligence to increase the performance of the DP network DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE AND NETWORK Develop short- and long-term plans to improve DP Network within Region Develop best practices to share and implement within the DP network Work across other regions to benchmark performance and best practices LEADERSHIP Manage a team of DPMs in the region Lead DPM training initiatives to develop job skills Work in a leadership role in the Region to ensure sales is integrated into marketing plans for the Region Coordinate Key Account and marketing programs' execution through a partnership with the Regional and National Key Accounts Team. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 10+ years of Sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage required) 6+ years of management experience Experience working with or managing a DSD network on a regional scale Negotiation experience Experience developing successful sales and trade marketing strategies Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in place of degree Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage Travel 10-20% Permanent Benefits eligible WHERE YOU'LL BE BASED PhiladelphiaPennsylvania, United States United StatesRed Bull North America JOIN THE TEAM
